Mark Whitehead has been catering weddings in the Gorge for over the last 15 years.  We are very fortunate to have Hood River Valley’s abundance of fresh seasonal bounty of foods and some of the most incredible properties with spectacular views.   Our ingredients are sourced from local farmers and incorporated into our dishes.  We pride ourselves on our excellent foods, friendly staff, dependable delivery and professional service we bring to each of our guests.
